If I were in your situation I would keep spraying that bolt with WD-40.
I would also go to Sears to get a set of Easy-outs. First you drill a hole then insert the easy-out and when you turn it counter clockwise it removes the bolt or stud.
If that doesn't work you keep drilling bigger to fit the next size easy-out. If they don't work you keep drilling bigger until you are able to use a needle nose pliers to fold the rest of the stud out of the way. Then you run a tap into the hole and see if the threads are worth anything. If they are not you are going to have to drill larger and tap and install a helicoil that might be available at Napa.
You can do this. I've broken off exhaust studs on trucks, cars and cycles many times before.
