Mike,
Last time I was in there the prices went back up to normal,although they still have some new leftovers that are cheaper than first year machines.
This all happened when Cannondale was bought by Eton and a few other manufacturers.

They are still the best priced I have seen around, so you may want to check them out.

I don't know too much about that issue (or if it's an issue at all)
