Definitely change your oil at least three times.
Each time fire up the bike, let it warm......
Then cool off ten or fifteen minutes before draining and refilling the oil.
The final change you'll want to put in a new oil filter.

HOWEVER..........If you saw water on the outside of the cylinder, in the vicinity of the head gasket....
You can pretty much bet that gasket will have to be replaced before you do any oil changing.
Gaskets don't heal themselves![/b]
