Do you hunt? I hear there are some big whitetails and mule deer out west.

Yes I do! This season was very special for me...I was selected for both of my special hunt permits. Very rare! Here in Washington State we are only allowed one deer & elk. On opening day I took a nice big 2-point blacktail buck. Then on the second day of Elk season the lord blessed me with a 500+ lb Cow Elk! Needless to say I have plenty of meat for the winter.
We really don't have a big population of Whitetails here in Washington. Most of the Whitetails are found in the Eastern part of the state...but the Muleys are everywhere and they are HUGE! I took a 224 lb 4x3 in 2000. It was an awesome buck! We also have huge populations of Rosevelt Elk here too! I don't know what I enjoy more hunting or riding??
