Jay, I just bought mine from my local dealer. I used a dealer in Wisconsin that always gives me kick arse prices - then had my local dealer price match. Saved me about $150 overall (shipping mostly).
I went with a 60" Moose straight blade and a 3,000 lb. waterproof Gorilla winch with an extra 10' of blue synthetic rope and an aluminium fairlead for the plow. They say the rope and aluminum fairlead are better for plowing - constant ups and downs.
I installed the mount yesterday, had to drill a few holes in my aluminum aftermarket skid plates for the ubolts, but not too bad. I'd rather do that than take them off - you've all seen how I ride.
I also ponied up for the rubber kit for along the top of the blade. It keeps the snow out of your face.
