Not that it helps the rider but where is the tracks in the snow leading up to the back of the truck? If you enlarge the pic. you can see what I mean.

Yeah, youre right no tracks..... it looks like the truck backed up on the ATV.

When I saw this on TV, they said the truck was parked. Witnesses said the ATV was flyin and got out of control.

on the left it looks like tire tracks from a dually which im sure the dump is.. on right it is hard to tell but in an emergency the likely were trampled.. I hope..................

Hmmm.
Riding on a road.
At night without headlights.
Slams into a parked ocean container.

Why do I have the feeling that alcohol or drugs will be found in the blood???

Some people just don't get it. Atvs are dangerous and demand respect. This arse clown apparently had no sense of self preservation and just put another nail in our ability to ride coffin. Damn shame.

BTW - my condolences to the family...
