Always was my pick for the best anti-spyware program, only thing that sucked is when their trial version went detect only about 2 years ago (we'll tell you what you got, but won't clean unless you buy). Well they just did a promotion with some U.K. tech magazine and they're giving away 1 year subscriptions to those who got a CD with their mag.

You can't install the trial and get it to register with the keycode they send, but luckily the installer from the cd is downloadable here.

Spysweeper is rated # 1 in several trade magazines, not just the ones you non-geeks buy off the shelf. I've been a paying subscriber (with there firewall) and couldnt possibly love this product more!! I also installed it for TATTOO and RIDERGIRL, as well as almost every neighbor I have. Worth it's weight in Gold!
