As reported on WFMZ TV 69:

A four-wheeler ride turned deadly for one Carbon County man. The coroner's office says Brian Davis was on the trails in Weatherly with friends Saturday night when his ATV flipped and fell down an embankment. Officials say Davis was not wearing a helmet.

The coroner says thick ice on the trail could have caused the crash. His death has been ruled an accident.

but I don't consider riders WITHOUT helmets a "fellow" rider.... JMO

True^^. Fellow riders are people that play by the rules. Still, sorry for his family and friends!
