Nobody is innocent or guilty right now , we should never watch our kids go before us.. Yes there is alot to be learned here but it shouldn`t have to be this way.... I feel for the child gone , the 2 hurt and probably mentally scared for life and the parents, we as responcible riders need to always speak up when we see something that know is not right, or even before i.e. if someone we know has bikes/quads whether well or not we need to say hay do your kids ride do they wear safety equiptment do they blah blah

RIP.....

My atvs and dirt bikes are locked up. The ignition keys are locked up. My kids have never seen where the keys are and never will. Just another precaution as a parent to safeguard my children.

Remember, atvs and dirt bikes are dangerous. Sometimes we forget that because we get confortable with our own skills and experience. Kids should never have access to atvs or dirt bikes without supervision. Drill the helmet idea into everything they do. My kids also skateboard and ride bikes with helmets, no exceptions. No helmet, no rides on anything with wheels.

I feel really bad for the kids that passed on and got hurt. It is a shame that lessons will be learned through tragedy. Please, everyone learn from these kinds of stories and educate people on basic things to safeguard kids and themselves. No one is immune to the forces of gravity be it verticle or horizontal........
