The Mehoopany Vol. Fire Dept. is holding their spring poker run on Sunday, May 18th. Fee: $20.00 per rider. About a 25 mile run. Fee includes food, drinks, deserts, door prizes, prize for best hand. They will hold a 50/50 raffel also. They also allow you to ride the trail on your own after the offical run is over. For that day only. It's one of the best and most senic runs in the Northeast. The scenery will blow you away. It's located off Rt. 87 in Mehoopany, Pa.( Zip Code 18629) Signs will be posted. Registration starts at 9:00 a.m. If you go be sure to bring your camera. All proceeds go to the MVFD.
