I just recently had my property surveyed. I had a couple visible points but the rest I couldn't locate. I had these cowardly neighbors who decided to spray paint a 6 inch orange line down my lawn to show me the property line when I was at work . Don't you just love those worthless, miserable, neighbors with no life. I had my property surveyed by this guy.

Wayne Jarvis Land Surveyor
34 Hope Rd
Great Meadows, NJ 07838
Phone: (908) 637-6827

He did a great job. He went out of his way to actually check every point that was previously there as well as added a bunch more. He also sketched the survey on paper and gave me a bunch of copies. As for the wonderful neighbors, their paint line was way off . Wayne and his son are both avid atv riders. They ride all over, not to mention He was the best price around!! Give him a call and tell him Brian and Jen from Independence refered you.
