Thumbs up

I have a drive belt indicator light that comes on when nothing is wrong. I can turn the switch light off. However, my speed is still limited to 15 and the 4wd doesn't work.

Been to the repair shop twice for this same problem, and there is nothing wrong with the drive belt. I can see that the mechanic is taking the side panel off and doing something with the wires, what is it they are doing? I cannot keep paying $200 each time. Any help is appreciated.

he is switching the black and grey connectors to turn the light off, i had the same problem with my 2005 brute force, every time i would ride the belt light came on,, turns out i had a bad belt switch on the inside of the belt cover, once the belt light is off take a screwdriver handle and tap the cover where the switch is a couple times, if the light comes on, its the switch, problem is you cant buy just thw switch, have to get the whole cover, hope that helps
