I am thinking about not getting the warrenty. If I get the warrenty it is $600. more. If I get it without the warrenty the total is about $7,200.

Need to know what to do by Wednesday of this week!

You should NEVER buy the warrenty...Save your money....Warrenties are just money makers for the dealership.

Your quad should come with a manufacturers warranty, (usaully six mos.).
After that...whatever you break will most likley not be covered anyway!

so yeah.. it's a waste of money!

my opinion...extended warrantys are a rip..if the new ATV,Computer, TV, VCR, Washer Machine..whatever.. is a piece of junk.. you will know it before the manufactures warranty expires.like i said JMO.

BUY A SHOP MANUAL WHEN YOU BUY A BIKE, CAR ,QUAD , WHATEVER YOU WILL BE SUPRIZED THE THINGS THAT CAN BE DONE FOR LITTLE MONEY MOST REPAIRS ARE NOT VERY COMPLICATED IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE I JUST CANT SEE PAYING THE DEALER $60.00 PER HOUR TO DO THE THINGS I CAN FIX AT HOME . IF ANYTHING YOU WILL LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR MACHINE WHEN YOU TAKE IT APART YOURSELF .

the dealer will always say you abused the machine and the extended warranty won't cover whatever is broken. i had a honda rancher with an auxiliary pull start that took abbot 10 minutes of idle to return, and wouldn't go all the way back in. i brought it to the dealer and he said it's probably filled with mud and the ex. warr.. won't cover it. the bike never saw mud. the recoil was junk. they would rather work on a cash ticket then a warranty ticket they pay more. no need for the ex warranty. besides, friends work cheap.

My Suzuki came with a 4 year warrenty for only $350. Had to bring it in twice for things that broke on the trail and they covered them no charge. No questions asked. I am very pleased with my warrentee. I'm covered for 3 more years. :dork: :dork:
