my 400 ex stops running when i do wheelys or go up steep hill and sometimes its hard to start and also sometimes when i give it gas it just wants to cut out

Sounds like you got carb issues dude. If you aren't real good with stuff like that, I'd try and get some professional help.

Go to the simple fixes first .. check and clean out the float bowl.. If That doesn't work .. Get A KAWASAKI...
