I have a 2003 Honda Recon ES 250. It will not turn over or start with the electric start button (battery is new and fully charged). It will start with the backup pull cable, but will not shift into gear. When the key is on, the green neutral light is dim and goes almost completely out when the electric start button is pushed. There is a clicking sound coming from a module in the front of the ATV under the front fairing. The module is rectangular and has two plugs going into it. Each plug has several wires.
