well, i've had my rincon for about 2 weeks, and i was waiting for that 1 big thing that was gonna taint it in my head and it happened... I let my friend hop on for a test ride and I trusted him being he's in experienced rider, so he's toolin around doin wheelies, and in my friend's yard there's a huge concrete slab, like something you would use for the foundation of a shed. And this concrete slab sticks up about 3 inches above the ground. So my friend does one last wheelie, stands the quad straight up, and he was heading straight for the concrete (which he could've easily rode over) and right before he gets there he drops the front end down hard, and the front bash plate hit so hard, it got pushed into the frame of the quad, and the frame tore holes in the bash plate, and put 2 huge gashes in the concrete... It also sheered the bashplate right off the mounts and even took one of the mounts with it... I'll post picture in a minute but my big concern is if my frame could've been bent, i mean the plastics seem a little outta whack now, and it seems to favor right turns a little more now.... so... idk... any input?

If he was any kind of a freind he would offer to pay for what he broke,no matter the cost and without you asking for it....If freinds want to ride they have to be willing to pay if something happens...

Well, hopefully my frame isn't bent, i'm prayin to god that maybe it's pulling to the right because i noticed the bottem mounts for the front rack are under the A-arms, and I think one side is pushing against the A-arm so it won't fully extend... Hopefully it's just the front rack and skid plate, he's a good friend, and he gave me $90 on the spot for a new front skid and told me to call him and he would get the one mount re-welded to the frame for me, but i don't know if he can afford to replace the frame if he did indeed tweak it... I'm gonna take it to the honda dealer this week and tell them the 4wd is acting up and the quad is pullin to the right slightly, hopefully they'll be able to determine the problem and possibly atleast warrenty the 4wd issue or maybe straighten out the steering if it's something minor like a bent tie rod...

Well i must say i really regret buying my ATV from east hanover, yes i got a good deal but after the crap they pulled today i don't wanna deal with them again but i'm stuck... Monday i called them to bring my 4 wheeler in to get it's first Service, and have the 4wd problem checked and to find out if my frame is tweaked.... So the guy tells me yea i have an opening wednesday, come in wednesday. So i show up today (Wednesday), I parked out front cause i didn't knwo where to park with my trailer, walk in the back, and the guy says drive around back and somebody will help you out, so i drive around back, and nobody helps me and there's alot of crap goin on and i didn't know where to park... So i pull outta the way of some trucks and walk back inside and tell the guy i pulled around back and what do i do now, so he said unload the quad and somebody will help you out. So as i'm unloading the quad, the lunch truck rolls up, so i pull the quad off and everyones walking to the truck and they just glance over at me and continue to get lunch, so i pull the quad over to them and say hey where do i park this thing, so the guy points to where i should park it and i do and i walk back inside. As i'm walking in the guy that was telling me what to do is leaving and tells me to talk to this other guy, i then find out the guy i was originally talking to wasn't from service... So this new guy asks my name and stuff, and looks at the scedule and says i'm not scheduled until the 24th! And he said it's in the managers hand writing (apparently that means the manager does not make mistakes and i'm wrong) so i told him that i was told wednesday and a date was not specified so i assumed he ment wednesday as in the day after i made the call... The guy doesn't seem to car and continues to talk to me like i'm stupid and then tops it off by saying he'll give me a reminder card like i was too stupid to remember the date... He didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything, just told me to come back in two weeks. I wouldn't really care so much if I didn't have to drive 40 minutes to this place to be told to unload everything before being told i wasn't supposed to be there for two weeks! I'm absolutly furious with East Hanover right now, but i've gotta deal with them... And i know i wasn't told wednesday the 24th, cause if i was i would've flipped out because two weeks is way too long especially when i just talked to my friend rob (bluerado4x4) who told me whenever he needs work done on his quad pompton lakes tells him to bring it in next day...

That is a pretty crappy deal. Guess they figure they already got your money and don't have to please you anymore. BULLCRAP! That is poor customer service!
You are not the first I have heard complain about East Hanover. Write and review in the "Reviews" section as to warn others about them. Thanks and if they don't want to help you, DON'T HELP THEM!!!

well, i heard nothing but good things about east hanover until now... so idk i'm hoping this is an isolated incedent, but my friend brett is having a bit of a problem with them too, he baught his Grizzly when i baught my rincon about 3 weeks ago, and they didn't give him his winch, and he forgot about it till he got home that night and i reminded him and supposedly they've been back ordered on winches for the past 3 weeks... so idk I'm gonna call back tomorrow and see where that gets me but if it doesn't help i'm gonna tear them apart in the reviews section cause even if they didn't service my quad, i atleast wanted an apology for the mis-understanding and the time i wasted driving there, and i didn't even get that, i got treated like i was incompetant and wrong for coming when i was told to come

Well i've replaced my skidplate and the piping the skid plate mounts to, and i checked everything out and there's no kinks in the frame or anything... I also tried aligning it to get rid of the pull, and that's my only problem now, even after an alignment the quad still pulls to the right, but the pull is greatly reduced when i engage 4wd so i'm wondering if something in the diff is dragging when i have it 2wd... Anyone have a similar problem or anyone have any ideas?
