A freind of mine with PAOHV has been working on this bill for a while and its time to make some noise and get it passed....
Now is the time to work on the House’s version HB 1908 of Senate Bill 497. HB 1908 must get through the PA House Committee of Tourism and Recreation and we the user group must contact the committee member to show our support. Please go to link below and write the members a letter of support. Pennsylvania Off Highway Vehicle Association feels that protecting the landowner is a top priority. This new bill will help remove the liability fear and open up more land for riding in the future. I have attached an article from the Warren Observer for more back ground.
