You know what really kills me about these whole tree hugging, cry baby crap ass babies complaining about dirt bikes and atv's is???
It should not even be an issue because, what is the difference between a moto bike smoking and spilling there so called fluids compared to an enduro bike doing it? WHAT A PAIR OF TURN SIGNALS????? or what is the difference between a jeep smoking or dumping fluids as compared to a quad???? I DON'T FREAKING GET IT!!!! I don't understand what the hell these people are complaining about ???????????//

Hell make it a law that you should register, insure and hell even pay a yearly fee to ride and if you get caught with out any of this then fine bust ya, but there would be so much money made from it, they could do more than they are all ready doing for the recreation department and enviromental areas.

I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND !!!

I hear you but the huggers would love to get rid of all motorized not just dirt bikes and atvs.... Secondly we all need to stick together as one group of OHV users not 2 wheels or 4 wheels, dirt bike or enduro..
yes everyone should be registered, insured and yes a sticker program or similar to use OHV areas or else big fines...

but we need legal places..

UPDATE

Well we had our meeting and it was based on 4 subjects picked by the assemblymans chief of staff as follows:

1) status of legal park and status of any proposed parks...

closure of current park 9/08 seems to be no exceptions
updates on any new facilities still trying to do monroe, running into species and enviro concerns... rfp`s in spring

2) point of sale registration

issues raised about difficulty, MVC not geared up to do it....

not currently included in bill

possibility dealers could do it all

3) registration fees
\

NJOHVA is interested in having a portion of fees go to safety training and maintenence of facilities

with no legal areas unlikely registrations will go up , so no xtra $$`s

4) fines and penalties for violators

concerns of excessive fines

we want no raised fees or fines until there are at least 2 new facilities as promised....

The outcome the chief of staff will bring fact finding back to assemblyman and we should recieve feedback when appropriate...........so who knows.....

ist offences may be lowered and flexibility for judges...
