Generic info: Get to the CDI, a black box, a bunch of wires go to it, if there is a green wire looped from the back of it, cut it, thats the rev limiter, will go much faster. Other 'fixes' for kid quads - pull to top of the carb off - the 'slide', may be a brass spacer as to limit how far the slide can go up to limit airflow into the carb. Can have an exhaust restrictor as a gasket where the exhaust pipe goes to the engine that has only a small hole to let the exhaust out, punch out the center and re-use the gasket part. Also look in the air intake, my bombardier ds-50 had a restrictor there too to limit air flow in - would look like a fender washer with only a small hole to restrict air flow. And the obvious throttle limiter at the handelbar thumb throttle.
