I am having trouble with the electrical system. I charge the battery all night and once i hook the wires back up the battery goes dead. I even have the local advance auto charge it just in case my charger isn't working right. What could be wrong with the electrical system. I had a winch installed by the dealership but other than that it is completey stocked.

How old is the battery? I have to replace mine every other year due to my ridding habbits (go like hell for a few weeks and then let it sit for a month or so)

Its probably your battery, just from sitting. I have a 2005 800EFI and have the same original battery. The key is that when its not being used, I have a trickle charger hooked up to it. If you don't use a trickle charger you'll only get 6-12 months form a battery.
