have a new sportsman 500ho with 450 miles and 55 hours,
when for a ride last weekend and noticed my throttle getting stuck
(runaway quad).so pulled over removed right side plastic,to find out
the cable was against a metel support thats pretty sharp,enough to slice the cable it seems that at the polaris factory they failed the put on a plastis cover on the frame support to prevent this
so please all polaris owners check yours so you dont end up broken down on the trail like me!!!

ps brought it to the dealer for warranty repair and checked the new quads in dealer for the plastic cover and found two out of ten that did not have it on and brought to the dealers attn...

Hey all you had to do is complain enough and you would have gotten a new quad!! Guess who b'otch? Tell the owner of the 330 wuz up !!
