Hey all,
Anyone one else do any work to a trailblazer?

Done to mine:
Port & polish
35mm Flatside carb
Hotseat pipe (way to loud)
Clutch kit

Im going to try to mount a Scrambler pipe to my Blazer as these look better and they have replacable mufflers. I have welded on a different muffler to my Hotseat pipe but it is still way to loud for my liking. We'll see how it goes with the scram pipe. Next im looking for a 300cc 2-stroke motor that they used to use in their utility's to put in it. They were air cooled just like the 250. We'll see........

Alright, i won a stock Scrammy 400 pipe. This pipe has the expansion area like the Hotseat pipe so i'm assuming that it is gonna be a performance improvement over stock. Joeys 400 Scrammy aint that loud so i'm assuming that it aint gonna be loud on my 'Blazer'. It's gonna take some welding to get the pipe to fit but it shouldn't be all that difficult. Just mounts and repositioning the head pipe. We'll see how it turns out later.

Dave....still haven't checked axle, just can't seem to get motivated enough...LOL
