My front right wheel is not spinning while in AWD. What could be the problem and how serious??

Did you make sure there is Hub oil? There is a little screw on the front hubs. Remove it and make sure there is oil in there.

That is all I can think of

like david said, check the hub fluid.

9 out of 10 times this is the cause.

be sure to only use polaris awd hub fluid. also there is a specific way to check and fill it.

place the fill/drain screw at the 4 or 8 o'clock position and fill till fluid runs out.
fluid should be changed at least 1 times a year.

It is pretty easy to check ther hub while you are there, remove the (3) Torx screws (requires a torx wrench) the oil will definately pour out then, but you can check to see if the hub is free or frozen. I suggest youreplace the gasket if is is beat up. That could be your oil leak.
