i am getting ready for myfirst oil change by some one told me i need to use a specal oil for ATVS do i ?? i have a polaris 500ho sportsman fyi

I use Polaris Oil 0w-40 for my Scrambler. I think it is Synthetic or something

Yea same as David , I use polaris 0w-40 fully Synthetic , I recommened it and yea it cost alittle more but worth it in the long run.

I use Bel Ray 10w-40. Most motorcycle dealer sell it.

These machines take alot of abuse,always follow the manufacturers recommended lubes, everything you need to know for regular maintenance is in the owners manual.Polaris likes synthetics which are expensive but worth the piece of mind that you have the right stuff in it.Good luck :smiliethumbup:
