POLARIS 700 OVERHEATING PROBLEM !!!!
WATCH OUT - MAKE SURE THE DEALERSHIP USE'S A NEW NON-RECALL PART !!!!

My CPU Unit was replaced with a BAD CPU Unit three weeks ago, that was also on RECALL- WHAT THE FRANK!!! Lucky the OVER HEAT light came on after my ride, and IT would not start!!

They replaced it, AGAIN, gave me some BS about GOOD FAITH WARENTY!!!
THE PART WAS BAD FOLKS!!!! 3 WEEKS OLD, LUCKY CAUSE I RODE HARD ALL THREE WEEKENDS with no issues!! Dont get stuck in the woods call Polaris to see if you fall under the recall!!

So if your Polaris is having this issue make sure they replace the CPU with a new, not a recalled part, they need to check the part numbers!!!! DUAH!!!

This problem has caused quite a few fires, ATV's, Garages, Homes, and even a FIRE HOUSE, all due to this problem. They ride them, the light comes on, they park them, and they catch fire, the rest you can guess!!

Just an FYI Kids!!!

Last time I was out I ended my ride early when I overheated. My Vin # and model number did not match the recall list. After an extensive cleaning, cause i did go through some deep mud I found that my radiator was caked with mud, there fore my over heating problem. I do have it in the shop now for my 20 hr maintainance and told them to check out the over heating problem. Anyways to avoid this in the future I am thinking on relocating the radiator or stop mudding. LOL
