I don't think I need to upgrade because I got my warn winch in 2003.

Me too, but I'm checking it Jeff.. "Manufactured on" and "Shipped on" are 2 different things, you never know if one day, late, they were almost out of hooks and they said, hey- we stil have this barrel of junkers, just use a few until todays over...... "aint goin on my quad!"
