If you go to PA to buy your quad, they will reg it for you and you will also pay the 6% tax that is if it mattters. Also i found a better deal in PA

There have been numerous broken promises and flat out lies. I doubt if we will ever have a truly legal place to ride in NJ. I ride in PA and have registered in PA. When NJ has a legal riding area of some consequence I will register there as well.
