I would love to plan a ride in the NE. What trails would you suggest for a two or three day ride? Camping areas would also be of help. Thanks.

Day trip would be LOst Trails (ridelosttrails.com) in the lower poconos PA

There are a couple of places where NJ NY and PA come together, (atvny.com) for those

Also, pa has tons of public trails as long as you are registered and insured (padcnr) for a listing and check the PA state forests for allegheny

on the paatinvg site there was a campground and atv park that looked pretty cool (cannot remember the name of it)

there are alot more, google atv in pa or ny

In NJ you will find nothing legal.
Try PA Dcnr on the net for PA. Snow shoe is pretty easy riding. Allegheny is good.
Check out trailpass for NYS
NH has a permit system with several legal areas.
ME has a ton of trails. Look up Maine ATV clubs on the net and contact them individually.
VT has a new organization, look up VASA.
For CT I have no idea, same for RI
For Mass chek out mass atv clubs.

I hope this helps. You may be better off just heading north to Canada

There are a few pay places in PA that are great. Most are in central or western PA. They are:

-Rock Run Recreation Area http://www.rockrunrecreation.com/index.php?page=home
-Mountain Ridge http://www.mountainridgeatvtrails.com/
-Four Seasons http://www.campfourseasonsresort.com/index.html

My favorite is Four Seasons although it is far for me to go. It is in Western PA but has great family trails and the camping is great. They have RV camping and tent camping with an indoor and outdoor pool. They also have activities going on all the time on weekends. It is certainly worth the trip if you are going with kids.
