Thumbs up

ok so I just bought a ATV from an owner in NJ. however they never registered the quad after they bought it from someone in PA so they still have the PA title. on the back is the first assignment and the second assignment. The first person was the middle owner and was signed by the seller from PA. I am now the second buyer and the middle owner signed the form. When i fill out my information am I better trying to change everything over to NJ items or just go through PA DNCR and register it and get it insured in pa? I only have an NJ address. ANY help would be greatly appreciated :help:

That's quite a conundrum you've got there. As you can see in THIS TOPIC, Cheeseburger is a Notary Public and has a good amount of knowledge on the subject. I'd shoot him a PM and ask him if he doesn't see this and respond beforehand.
