ok well got my stock exhaust today.. so went over my friends house to put it on.. loosened the slip on dg pipe... and it wouldn't c ome off the mid pipe.. my header is in 2 pipes it was supposed to be like that.. so ok.. we're sitin ther for while tryin t get it out.. so we figured out hwo to get it out.. got it out and tried to take the mid pipe off... wouldn't budge.. hammer, pullin, u name it... so we heated it up.. w/ a lil propane torch.. didn't wrk still.. so we had to get off the header pipe itself.. went to go take it off... the *beep*ing bolt snapped... SNAPPED!!! so then i took off the other nut.. nut.. there was 1 bolt and 1 nut.. i dk wat my luck is.. and the whole time i was doin this i was lookin for the oil leak.. if i have one.. dk if it is burnin it or wat.. but found oil/dirt mix all over the engine.. so that leads me to believe its leakin lol.. so cleaned up my frame a lil.. friends dad came home.. get out the big *beep* welder.. 2 tank one.. dk wat its called... went to try to get it out... so it took like an hour... he got it red hot.. pulled, tuged hit w/ hammer.. everyhting.. so than he said my dg was made of some weird metal.. its soft so then he sat there and banged teh crap outta it to make it move about 1/2 inch... and then heated it up again... and then beggining of my dg melted a lil.. too hot.. so about like 630 we got it off.. checked to make sure it would fit... it did.. but i had to go cause in about 10 minutes i gotta go play at a musical in pitman... so its all torn apart... sittin there.. o gues wat.. i found an extra bolt... i dk where it goes cause i checked all my bolts and looked at ever hole on the damn quad.. nothin.. so i cann't figure it out till sunday.. tomorrow at 7 im goin up to englistown swap meet thing.. and gotta nother show at 8 tomorrow night... geez.. so i won't be able to even get it partially together till sunday... god.. why me... just my luck

almost seems like it doesn't it.. i was thinkin new quad.. this one i don't think likes me lol.. my other 2 friends run theres harder.. and have overall less problems when it comes to reliability

Something is wrong with your luck as I dont remember seeing a post where everything was OK and went right etc.

If you want maybe post a pic of that bolt or look in the manual to see where its supposed to go.

The warrior is such a good quad for reliability that the only things I can think of that are causing your problems is that at some point it wasnt taken care of or maintained well or it was messed with by someone who didnt really know what they were doing.

My ole 89 never gave any problems and only asked for basic maint stuff but it was mostly stock and that may be part of it but who knows.

ya i know warriors are usually bullet[proof... i dk why im havin this bad luck run.. hopefully it stops b4 i gotta like replace the engine or sumthin
