Last weekend I was at SSRT riding with my club. I was the leader. We came to what looked like a really nice side trail. I headed down about 1/2 mile. It was steep but was getting flatter the further down we rode. I came to a downed tree blocking the trail. I attempted to climb over it and as soon as I got my front tires up on it it cracked and sent into a 2 1/2 roll down hill. The quad stop on top of 2 boulders and I was under it between the bouldres. Glad I had my helmet on or I would still be in the hostipal druling on my pillow. Walked away with just a few cuts and bruses and the quad was fine. I was lucky. From now on I'm gonna use a saw or the winch.

I love SSRT, our group is planning a camping trip in April, if we can take the cold, last Sept it was 31°F the one mornings we got up. BBrrrrr! the only down side is Bloody Skillet won't be open yet.
