Picture this you spend 7000 on a new bike, your having a great time. Even your socalled friends watch you ride and wish they had one. I up graded from a lakota 300 to a PRAIRIE 700 vforce 4X4. A really great bike, you abd a friend go out on a saturday for a nice ride. Everything is going good, the mud is great. You both decide lets go take some pics. So you start racing around and all of a sudden, SLAM you hit a cinder block traff and you go screaming off the bike in the air, Oya also knock yourself out and wake up tp see $500 in damage to your new bike.......
Well this just happen to me.... great isn't......

let me clarify.. being i was following.
i have never heard a thud sound like this before, this machine hit a 2 ft. high cinderblock wall, that was four feet square. (some kind of pit) , that was covered w/ vegetation. this frikkin quad did a tail whip across the pit. landed on the other side, and threw the rider. yes, he was out cold for a lil bit , but man was it scary..

while prairiedogg was out , i was doing a coin flip as to wich one i was going to drag out first .. him ,or the bike.. he woke up , so we pulled the bike out together..

anyway it could have been much worse..
Glad that you're o-kay ...dogg
you'll get that bike back in a week or two.... :rider:

$500.00 in DAMAGE is better then medical bills.... isnt it. Without the proper gear you were wearing, you wouldnt be typing...thats my guess!

Glad to hear yer OK!! Brick walls, or cinder blocks walls, or fireplace pits or whatever it was/is usually arent as forgiving!

Sounds to be a good ending to a possibly really bad story.

Always is a real biotch to be messing up something brand new that you really like, but at least you will be able to get that back to snuff and dont have to have any lost time to any injury etc.

Be sure to pay attention to anything unusuall since its not good to whack yourself good enough to be knocked out etc.

Also what you break on the quad?

Question - How soon will it be that you go flying into vegetation thick enough to conceal a brick wall? Any time soon?
