Was riding in South Jersey, was power sliding around a corner in 4th gear about 3/4 throttle. Hit a puddle and slid off towards the woods, hit a big lump of sand and went flying off the front of the DS. It took about 35 feet before I landed in a ditch with my head about 6 inches from a tree. The bike which I had left in the middle of the turn, had hit the lump of sand and turned back onto the trail, ended up finishing the turn and stoping about 3 feet ahead of the tree I was laying next too. Not a scratch on her! While taking off for my flight my legs had rubbed on the handlebars and all the controls. Both my legs were black and blue and I think I chipped a piece of bone on my left knee which I can still feel squishing around once and a while. After about 20 minutes laying in the ditch I got up and rode back to camp. finished riding the rest of the weekend.

Good thing you did not hit the tree or get run over by your own quad
