aight.... i myself own a suzuki lt230s.
first.. is it a shaft drive 230, or it manual, and is it electric/pull or kick start. and as for the carbourator, you might needa do a "rebuild" and buy the new screws and etc (that come in a rebuildkit, easily found on ebay or were-ever you buy your suzuki parts.) your needle,and the shaft its connected to, there maybe like a charchol burn on it (its connected to the throttle cable, on the top of the carb; easy to find).
but, i dont know much about these thigns, im dearily relying on a clymer (clymber?) manual for the thing. (they cover 230s/shaft drive/quadsport, etc, as long as it is a suzuki lts230)
