Any More Ideas?

okay... i must say.. this lt230s has given me one heck of a time to get it running... I gave up on it, and paid the mechanic almost 300$ to find out that i didn't do anything wrong... he hadda fix my timing, and my spark plug was questionable. Other than that. it was done correctly. Now, i couldnt get it to even pop start, so im like sob, and i popped it down one heck of a hill... no luck. So im like, okay, and i hooked it up to my moms 1992 buick roadmaster estate wagon. she had that stupid car doin 65. I had it in anything from 2-5th gear. NO freakin luck. now im like wtf.... and its gettin really annoying. I need to know if anyone else has any ideas b4 i trash the freakin motor and jus buy a new one.

why would you pick up your bike and pay $300.oo when the bike still doesn't run?

And what did the mechanic say the problem is?

The mechanic said it was something to the effect of a mixture of the sparkplug /timing..... but he supposivly fixed em.... but i dunno.... imma probbaly strip ti down, stick all the old stuff in the engine case.. and ill probaly stick the freakin thign on ebay and get me self some money for a freakin 300ex or suttin....

OK take a deeep breath and step away from the quad

Now lets look at whats happened.

It hasnt run for a while correct?

After trying several things you bring it to the dealer and he fixes it correct??

Did it ever run for him?

What did you do different than the mechanic?

We will start with this and move on from there. I think there is something that happened between the mechanic fixing it and you not being able to run it that is causeing your trouble, but thats just a guess.

What did you do different than the mechanic? my timing was off by a few degrees, and my spark plug was fouled, or something to that effect.
I wound up running into a guy that deals specificly in suzuki quads, and he told me that if i can get the quad up to his shop, hell help me check for problems, and if he cant locate hell gimme a new motor (no rebuid... actually new). but he sayed by the sounds off it... it was not bored corecttly.... which almost makes sense.... so he said if it comes, then i get a new motor for 160$ (120 with core swap, whcih im gonna do, if this dont work.. lol)....he gave me all the specs of it, i'll list em. (60 bore, wiesco pistion, "motion pro" throttle kit (w/e the heck that is.) an actual manual, actual suzuki gaskets). and the stroy witht he motor was that the ddue ordered the motor liek that, and then decided he didnt want it, and he got a quadzilla? (dunno what they are), so its been sittin around the garage. and what are the names of the thin that go under neath ur feet? i see everyone with em...
aight.... if this thing eva runs... imam send a picture of me doin a wheelie.. lol...
