You may be onto something finally.
Be as specific as you can about
Not ending up straight agian...
including how you turned it over, which direction, what direction the cam lobes were facing etc as I think it could be "jumping timing" which leads to checking into the timing chain (stretched out etc) and the sprockets that run it (missing teeth or other problems).
I hope it gets figured out soon cause I can feel your pain, and more than once have looked for where your located to see if it made sense to just check it out in person etc, but your too far and that isnt an option.
I remember seeing this a few times from you b4 so I know you must be getting frustrated etc but hang in there and you will get it fixed up.

Yeah, very frustrating. But I'll either ix it or sell it. hopeulyl nto sell tho. I looked or teeth on the cam. They seem to all be intact. Same on the flywheel. I line up the "t" on the Flywheel, Line up the marks on the chain, and the cam (side to side), as flat as i can get it. Hmm... Lemme see if my digital camera works.........OKay, These are The pic of the "t" and etc.
This is ater 2 kicks (2 strokes x 2, 4 stroke or a 4storke motor)

Sorry the pics are so bad, Its almost 11:00pm here, and quite dark.
Tommorow When i get back from deer hunting,
Ill send pics of the piston at tdc,
and the Cam and chain, etc.
Thanks For any help
Bill

Your not kidding about those pics being bad
Just post better ones when you get time, and include the cam, sprocket, and timing marks both before and after etc.
Not sure if you have the case off the other side of the engine but there is a lower sprocket or gear for the timing chain on that side that "can" be worn or broke also.
I never worked on that engine but I am sure it must have some kind of timing chain tensioner so take a look in the book on how to test that, but for any chain driven set up I know if theres more plan than the tensioner can take up chances are the chain is out of spec.
Even if its not the problem this time remember that a timing chain (what is also referred to as a silent chain in the industrail side) can wear between the pins just like a regular drive chain and wear the teeth and chain faster so its something to be aware of etc.
