Have you checked your plug? Sounds like its running too rich..... Is it only if it idles? or if you hold the throttle 1/2 will it stay running? You need to explain it alittle more..

Try taking out ur plug again and see if it is fouled out..real wet and black

Another thing, are you sure you put the fuel filter in right? maybe its not getting enough gas

Did this just recently happen or have u done anything else since it started doing this?

I am no expert but if it just started today it must have been sumthing you changed recently. I would try getting another new plug, I have heard of faulty spark plugs straight from the factory. If that doesnt help I'd say you need to rejet a little leaner?

Just a hint, try to look at your (intake) the black plastic peice between the carb and motor, it is prone to cracking and will cause the symtoms that your talking about if your sucking in to much air.

How many turns do you have that idle screw turned out on the carb? Shouldn't be any more than 1.5 to 2 turns out. Also check the air filter make sure that is clean.
