2004 Honda 450 Es Shifting

I have a Honda that does not always shift. It may start out fine then the indicator on the instrument panel goes to Blinking. I was told that there was a reset and it is trying to tell me a code. It blinks 3 times, Pause then 3 times. I have to turn it off and back on to get it back in neautral to start again. Any advise??

i had the same problem with my quad.

Its a recall unit.

Take it to a nearby honda dealer, and explain what its doing.

They should replace it for free.
