240 kits start about $300-500 plus instalation and other needed mods you may or may not already have.

No reason to use a radiator since its not liquid cooled.

Email me.... I have a website that describes how to convert your Blaster to a DT200 engine with radiators from a 250R three wheeler.... Oh, and that engine makes more horsepower than the YFS200 engine

If it's 240 you're lookin for... there's some things to avoid and depending on your finances, the sky is the limit....

Trust me... email me. I've done the homework already.

Sky's the limit with a Blaster.... There's several different 240 kits available, but they don't do much good unless coupled with good porting. FMF is ok... but if you go 240 you'll want LRD. There's other things you can do to make the Blaster faster rather than 240 it... There's an ultimate 240 kit that uses a CR250 style cylinder and reeds that makes 40+ hp! Then there's just resleeving your cylinder and getting it ported. But to take advantage of that you'll need a bigger carb and better flowing exhaust. Then a must is air scoops. If you do all the odds and ends in stages it's simpler and will work together as a package when you're done.

When your saying radiator do you mean oil cooler or converting it to liquid cooling?

An oil cooler is a great mod for any air cooled engine that runs on the hot side, but just about all the liquid cooling conversions I have seen dont seem to be worth the expense.

A Blaster is faster than a Warrior... especially one with a 240 kit.... There's no such thing as making a Blaster water cooled. There are no water jackets whatsoever in the engine. Besides, it doesn't run that hot anyway. You can get the 240 kit, but unless you port the cylinder when you do it, it's only gonna give you something like 2 horses. Trenga Racing (814)-231-3884 can do all the work you want and they're right over the border in PA. You'll also want to sell that FMF on ebay to buy an LRD and at least a 30mm carb. A degree key from Vito's Performance will add quite a bit of throttle response (supposedly 2hp!). Now with the overbored cylinder and degree key, it will run a little hotter (make sure you jet it correctly) so make sure you buy air scoops from CFM or another company. See what Cycle Addicts can do for you. They support this website and give great deals.... Cylinder work as well as the 240 kit should go to Trenga. All other parts you can get from Cycle Addicts like the air scoops, tires, suspension, wheel spacers, etc... A Blaster is a rocket when done up, and can smoke a stock Banshee.
