I was riding today and some how both my clutch and brake levers were giving me a jolt through my wet gloves. thought it was all in my head but i let tony ride it and he got shocked to???????

Rich,

If it was a strong shock look at the coil and plug wire first, and if a little less shocking look for any one of the numerous small wires that could be making contact with the frame etc.

Could always grab an ohm meter too.

You have a short somewhere......I would start with the igniton coil.
