this summer i had a low battery, after pull starting and running for awile then lites would come on, after weeks of riding and using the pull cord to start, lights no longer came on. This week i put new battery in this machine and i still have no power at all. No lights, starter does not work, no electrical anywhere. And i do not know if this is part of the problem, but the ignition does not have to be on to pull start it. Is there a fuse in the wiring and where or can you say what is causing this ?

Sounds like a loose wire or bad connection somewhere. Follow the wires from the battery and make sure all are connected and none are cut/sliced

What kind of battery did you get? Is it charged? Depending on the battery, I have heard that you have to add acid yourself.
