I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what you did. The wheels on my Brute Force are taking a pounding. The outer edges look like someone hit them with a hammer. I check the tire pressure periodically and they are not low. We ride in rocky terrain but I dont think the riding I do is more extreme than anywhere else.
I would like to get new wheels and tires but worry they will wind up looking the same as my stockers. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem with mine. They look like hell. When I looked into aluminum wheels, I was told they would crack instead of bending. So I guess I'm going to stick with the bent ones.

I was seriously thinking about ITP C-Series aluminum wheels. If they can't stand up to the punishment then I'll save my money.

Save your money on the new rims.
Any rim you buy can and will get bent and look like crap after awhile.
A rim with a rolled edge will be stronger than your stock steel rims but still will get chewed up, scratched and dented.
