Got a small rip in seat from boot buckle. My seat is grey and the rip is about 3/4 of an inch in a semi-circle. How do I repair or can anyone recommend somewhere to take it to be repaired?

Try a boat or auto upholstery shop. Or there is always that stuff that sells on television at 2:00am?

Clean the seat real good and put a piece of duct tape on it till you decide to buy a new seat cover.
