I have a 05 BRP Outlander Max, only have had it a month (120 miles). During our ride today the "Temp" light came one and the fan would not turn on. Fan did not turn on at all during the ride. Anyone have any suggestions what the problem could be?

First thing I would check is to see if the radiator is clogged with mud or debris

Check your temp sensor for the fan, maybe related wiring and connections. 2005 may be under warrenty, check first before getting too deep and causing more problems.

I'm guessing heat sensor also
it wasn't that hot yesterday and it was raining all day
make sure your wires to fan and sensor are properly connected

If memory serves me correct, the BRPs have a pretty lengthy (time) warranty period. But its either clogged or a sensor is bad for sure, as stated above...
