Hi everyone, I would like anyone's opinion on my problem.I have a 2001 Yamaha kodiak and it stoped running. I can get it to start with the choke on but it will die if I hit the gas. I was wondering if the was a throttle sensor on the carb. or maybe something else?

sounds to me like water in the float of the carb...i would try draining the carb out and cleaning it with some carb cleaner or WD40 and changing your oil just incase you somehow got water in there....if its silvery then you know you got iwater in your enigine....but try removing the float, draingin fluids out of it and cleaning the carb..
