Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site and wow what a site it is...... this is my first post and I look forward to posting more.

Here is my question to anyone who can help. I just fixed up a 2001 Polaris Sportsman 500 that was in an accident. Well it is all back together and runs and drives great. The one problem I can't seem to get working is the On Demand 4 Wheel Drive. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this system etc. I tried copying some of the wiring etc to make sure everything was hooked up right from my 2003 Sportsman 500, but still no luck.

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You for your help in advance

I've always wanted to know how those systems work. I'm familiar with the designs used on automobiles, but not ATVs. Hopefully this thread will answer all of our questions.
