Bruin 350 Wont Start

Neighbors 350 Bruin 2wd wont start. 2004, with ~10 hours on it...maybe. Battery accepts full charge, and was able to start another bike as a test.

We can SOMETIMES hear clicking from the solenoids (?) under the seat. It WILL pull-start! My guess is the clicking is this unit trying to engage the starter itself, NO noise from this area.

We've had some trouble in the past, where we hear pretty consistent clicking (10 times a second) but normally would turn over.

Any other info I can offer, just say the word......
