just bought 1998 trail blazer apparently it hasn't ran in several years. It appears to have good spark, but we don't know if there is other electrical components that could be problematic. We think the carbourator is fine after cleaning and repairing the internal needle and float. Also wondering if it has to have charged battery to start. It has a recoil starter only.
