I have no clutchh feel on my bros Blaster. It has a brand new clutch in it. When you pull the lever there is only a tiny bit of the lever that has any "feel" to it. The clutch is basically "on" or "off". Any ideas?

I'm trying to get an idea of what your saying...How much free play is in the lever? And on a blaster is there a lower clutch adjustment like on your banshee?

The lever free play is pretty loose...but if I tighten it the clutch slips. There is the adjustement at the lever and then there is the one at the case on the pushrod. I take it the one on the pushrod is going to need some massaging. Could the cable be too stretched?

tweak the upper and lower adjustment screws until there is no play in the lever. If that does not fix it or the lever is stiff, you might need a new cable. Also remember that there is a screw on the clutch basket that adjusts the clutch tension. I would recommend taking it to a shop to have it tweaked if it is still a problem. Remember that new clutches will not have much of an in between. They usually will be just ON or OFF. You just have to adjust your riding style until the clutch breaks in. -Travis
