Describe in detail how you bled the brakes! You may not have gotten all the air out of the lines.

it's possible the master cylinder is defective ... you didn't say how the brakes were prior to the pads being replaced ... the piston/pad needs to move freely in and out of the caliper ... if it's cocked, the pad will not properly contact the rotor surface ... you need to give us a little more info

when you step on the brake does the lever go down without pressure or does it feel stiff

If you let up on the brake lever before the bleeder screw is closed, you're letting air in. It's also possible you bottomed out the piston and it's just stuck now when you pushed it back in. Try this, open the bleeder screw and let it sit for 5 minutes, just topping off the fluid as needed. It's called gravity bleeding. It should work. Then tighten the screw up and try the brakes.

Unless you see fluid leaking from someware its usually just needing to be bled again etc.

I have seen the rear cylinder go bad on the warrior and its real obvious, but the rebuild kits are cheap and easy to install too.

Does sound like nothing more than not enough pressure being pushed into the piston and it just needs bleeding.
